Burns night dinner raises hundreds for lifeboat restoration
The skirl of bagpipes announced the arrival of the haggis as diners gathered in the Fishermans Return for a Burns Night supper that raised £750 for the lifeboat restoration fund.
A packed restaurant then watched Ian Barclay address it with the words of Scotland's most famous poet, Robert Burns.
The formal event also featured live music from Tash and Brad and a rendition of Auld Lang Syne.
